What Data We Collect

Photos you upload are processed in real time to read wine lists. They are not stored permanently on our servers.
If you create an account, we store your email address and taste preferences.
We collect anonymized usage analytics (scan counts, interaction patterns) to improve the service. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.

How Photos Are Processed

Photos are sent to OpenAI for AI-powered text recognition and wine analysis. OpenAI processes the image according to their data usage policy. We do not retain your photos after processing is complete.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with OpenAI for the purpose of processing wine list images as described above.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app. Upon deletion, all your saved wines, taste profiles, and account information are permanently removed.
